Dr. Akrami is a Board Certified Internist with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. After he and his family moved to the United States, Dr. Akrami conducted research for two years at John Hopkins University Hospital. His focus is on quality of care with high technology preventive medicine. Dr. Akrami evaluates and treats patients 18 years of age and older. His particular areas of interest are managing complex health problems, and conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.

Dr. Fartash is a Board Certified family physician with close to 15 years of experience in the medical field. She attended Iran University of Medical Science & Health Services and graduated in 1995. After she and her family moved to the United States, Dr. Fartash decided to continue her education and become a family physician. She completed her internship and residency at Howard University Hospital from 2005 – 2008. Her training and experience in all areas of Family Medicine will allow her to diagnose, treat, and monitor acute and chronic health problems.
